NANCY RUDOLPHI

Creative thinking has always played a central role in the life of Nancy Rudolphi, founder of Concepts Casa. After years of traveling to the farthest corners of the world, she returned to the Netherlands at the age of 22 and immediately started working in the real estate industry. It didn’t take long before she had the opportunity to bring her creative ideas to life. What started with decorating small apartments soon evolved into designing and furnishing model homes for real estate developers. She was also frequently commissioned to develop concepts within the hospitality industry—ranging from renovations and interiors to menu design.

Nancy has been active in the real estate and project development industry for over 20 years. In 2016, she permanently settled in Jávea, Spain—a paradise filled with hidden gems. With a creative vision focused on beauty and potential, she has transformed numerous properties, from private homes to commercial model apartments and restaurants, turning them into stunning eye-catchers that have significantly increased in value.
