De finca is honderden jaren oud en gebouwd met originele Tosca. Het huis was oorspronkelijk een Muscatel drogerij en heeft dan ook zeer hoge plafonds met houten balken.  Door het hele huis liggen handgemaakte, antieke terracotta tegels. Verder heeft het huis veel originele details, zoals een schitterende inpandige patio met een open haard/bbq. 

In het huis zelf zit eveneens een open haard. 

De tuin is een groot, vlak terrein vol fruitbomen, amandelen en palmbomen, en een pergola met water en elektra. 

Rondom het zwembad (niet verwarmd) ligt een groot terras.  Voor het perceel bevinden zich twee privé parkeerplaatsen. 

Het huis heeft de hele dag zon en ligt zeer beschut.

Het huis ligt aan een doodlopend straatje met slecht vier huizen. Vrijwel alle huizen in de wijk zijn permanent bewoond. Er is goed contact tussen alle bewoners en daarmee ook een zeer veilige wijk.

The house was originally a Muscatel drying plant and therefore has very high ceilings with wooden beams. Throughout the house are handmade, antique terracotta tiles. Furthermore, the house has many original details, such as a beautiful indoor patio with a fireplace / bbq. In the house itself there is also a fireplace. The garden is a large, flat area full of fruit trees, almonds and palm trees, and a pergola with water and electricity. Around the pool (not heated) is a large terrace. In front of the plot there are two private parking spaces. 

The house has sun all day and is very sheltered. The house has already undergone many structural improvements and gives inspiration for further perfection. Some maintenance is needed but it is immediately habitable and does not require a major renovation.

The Finca is located in the highly popular area of Montgo Valls. The historic center is within walking distance, the harbor and the beach five minutes’ drive the Arenal beach with all clubs and restaurants seven minutes away and near roads. The house is located on a dead-end street with only four houses. Almost all houses in the district are permanently inhabited. Auténtica finca en una ubicación muy popular. La finca tiene cientos de años de antigüedad y está construida con Tosca original. La casa fue originalmente una planta de secado de moscatel y por lo tanto tiene techos muy altos con vigas de madera. En toda la casa hay azulejos de terracota antiguos hechos a mano. Además, la casa tiene muchos detalles originales, como un hermoso patio interior con chimenea / barbacoa. En la propia casa también hay una chimenea. 

El jardín es una zona grande y llana llena de árboles frutales, almendros y palmeras, y una pérgola con agua y electricidad. Alrededor de la piscina (no climatizada) hay una gran terraza. Frente a la parcela hay dos plazas de aparcamiento privado. La casa tiene sol todo el día y está muy protegida. La casa ya ha sufrido muchas mejoras estructurales, y da inspiración para una mayor perfección. Se necesita algo de mantenimiento, pero es inmediatamente habitable y no requiere una renovación importante.

 

 

La finca está situada en la zona muy solicitada de Montgo Valls. El centro histórico está a poca distancia, el puerto y la playa cinco minutos en coche, la playa del Arenal con todos los clubes y restaurantes siete minutos de distancia y cerca de las carreteras. La casa está situada en una calle sin salida con sólo cuatro casas
